Brotherly ribbing is apparently always tolerated in the Gruden household, even when one of the siblings has lost his job. 

Oakland Raiders coach Jon Gruden lamented that his brother, Jay, was fired by the Washington Redskins on Monday. He also took the opportunity to get a subtle dig in on his younger bro. 

“My dad’s been fired,” Gruden told reporters throughout his weekly information convention. “I have been fired. Jay’s been fired, and welcome to the membership, bro.”

It will not be one of the best membership to hitch, however at the least Jay has some familial firm. And Jon first expressed unhappiness his brother couldn’t get the job completed in Washington.
